Program Objectives
The objective of the program is to train and produce Human Resource (HR) Managers who are strong in both theory and practice. Essentially, these will be HR Managers who will be able to use HR management theories, methods, procedures, techniques and tools and HR professional practices for better management of HR functions in organizations. The program will equip graduates with the competencies required to proactively develop improved HR strategies in contemporary organizations.
